DJ DON STYLEZ

Those who know me personally know that I’ve been driven by fitness and art my entire life. I am in love with how a person can create something out of nothing and how that same creation has the power of leaving an everlasting impact on a random person’s life for any form of art whether it be performing arts, literature, or visual. For as long as I could remember I’ve always been fascinated by music, to the point where I was once creating songs. As a youngin my family would drag me along to parties/events and I’d be the kid either dancing or next to the DJ. Two places you could always find me at but for the most part at the end of the night, one could almost guarantee that I’d be a couple feet away from the person who’s been controlling the audience. As I grew older I became more intrigued with wanting to create the same feeling I get while dancing but for others. I wanted to learn how to put music together so that I could create endless memories for people, even if it’s just for one night at a time. 

I understood that I could entertain and that I had a passion for music at a very young age. I worked, saved up, and finally purchased my own equipment. By being able to do so I was presented with an opportunity to DJ a private event. Over time I’ve managed to grow from a private event DJ to one who can perform in various night clubs throughout various states. By the mercy of God, networking, marketing, and remaining true to myself I’ve managed to create important relationships, consistent business, and continuously grow within this field. I’ve always had my unique sauce which separates me from the rest but it’s only by remaining disciplined and motivated that I’ve managed to stay strong.

My experience has been one for the books, I'm nowhere near finished. Every time I perform it’s  another chance to value your supporters/clients/friends/family/strangers, and it’s another chance to value the beauty of this art.
